Maria T Checa is a former Playboy Playmate of the Month in August 1994. Maria Checa is the girlfriend of Jamil Bouchareb, 27. Bouchareb is a trader in Florida and friend of Matthew C Devlin. Matthew Devlin is charged with abusing insider information on the Securities and Exchange Commission. Bouchareb tipped off his girlfriend, Checa, so that she could gain with the information.

Maria Checa has been named in the SEC papers as a “Relief defendant.” The SEC can take action to pursue illegal profits made by her. Maria Checa has not been accused of wrongdoing.
