Maria Bartiromo with Henry Paulson on Fannie, Freddie & Lehman

Maria Bartiromo spoke to Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson on the US Government bailing out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Henry Paulson stressed to Bartiromo that the commitment protected taxpayers. Taxpayers will be repaid before shareholders get their money. Paulson refused to comment on Lehman and whether the US government would rescue Lehman in the same way.
