Marc Harold Ramsey, 39, was charged for sending a letter containing a threat and some white powder to a Colorado campaign office for John McCain. Marc Harold Ramsey, 39, was in the Arapahoe County jail awaiting trial and he mailed the letter from there. Marc Harold Ramsey was detained on charges of menacing, harassment and assaulting a peace officer.
