Marc Dreier was arrested on the charge of impersonating another person. Marc Dreier is the managing partner and founder of Dreier LLP, of New York. Dreier LLP has 250 lawyers but some have started leaving Dreier LLP after they found out that Marc Dreier was arrested last Tuesday, Dec. 2. The lawyers were said to be starting their own law firms.
Marc Dreier was accused of impersonating another person to complete a business transaction. Marc Dreier is out on bail. The criminal charge on Marc Dreier carries a potential 10 year prison term if he is convicted.
