British scientists have created human sperm in the lab. Newcastle University used blank stem cells, chemicals and vitamins to turn them into sperm. Karim Nayernia is a biologist who has created the first sperm using his special technique but he has yet to test out the efficiency of the man-made sperm to fertilize eggs.

NorthEast England Stem Cell Institute and Newcastle University have done research to turn embryonic stem cells into sperm cells.
