Madina, 3, is a girl in Russia. Madina’s mother has neglected her and she lives naked in her mother’s house. Madina has only dogs to care for her. The girl appeared to have been raised by dogs.

Madina lived in Ufa, central Russia. Madina’s mother is Anna, 23. Anna is an alcoholic who often was too drunk to care for her daughter. Madina ate on the floor with the dogs,while Anna ate on the table.

When it was cold, Madina huddled with the dogs for warmth. Madina growled like a dog when her personal space was invaded. Madina was 3 but could not talk as she only knew 2 words – yes and no.

Police went inside the house to remove Madina and placed her in state care.
