Acai berries come from Brazil. Acai worth $100 million per year is sold from Brazil alone. Acai marketing companies make undocumented claims that the Acai pills and Acai products enable women to lose weight.

One company selling Acai pills offers a free trial. The Company sent Acai pills and billed customers even when they did not order after the free trial.

M Chanel Pinkett is one such customer who claimed she was sent Acai pills and billed using her credit card even before her free trial ended. Ms Pinkett said she did not like the way she was being treated and cheated of her hard earned money by the company’s methods of selling Acai pills.

Ms Pinkett claimed she called the company but could not get them to stop sending products and billing her. Ms Pinkett had to cancel her credit card to stop paying for unwanted Acai products.
