Todd Beamer was one of the heroic passengers of United Airlines Flight 93. Beamer’s voice was last heard calling out to the other passengers, “Let’s roll!’ It was the signal for them to break down the cockpit door and attack the armed hijackers. The passengers wanted to divert the plane or stop the hijackers from crashing the plane into Washington DC. “Let’s roll” became Todd Beamer’s epithet. His widow, Lisa Beamer, wrote a book with a title that used her late husband’s epithet, “Let’s roll.”
