Lindsay Massaro: Lindsay Massaro charged for sex with minor

Lindsay Massaro, 23, was a student teacher who was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student who was a minor. Massaro was a student in Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

Massaro was arrested and charged with sexual assault. Massaro was teaching 8th grade students. Massaro had been working on getting her certificate in special education.

Lindsay Massaro posted $75000 bail and was released from jail. Massaro was ordered to stay away from the school, avoid unsupervised contact with minors under 16 years old, and have no contact with the victim’s family. Massaro has to have a psychological evaluation. Lindsay Massaro has a court appointment on May 4 for a pre-indictment conference.
