Lindsay Lohan has been sued. Three men claimed they were passengers in Lindsay Lohan’s driving of their sports utility vehicle when she gave them a wide ride in 2007. The law suit against Lohan was filed last week.

The men alleged battery, false imprisonment in the vehicle, and negligence when she usurped the SUV belonging to one of the men. Lindsay Lohan used their SUV to drive after her assistant, who she had fired recently and she was having a dispute with her. The car chase ended when the assistant’s mother called police to complain that her daughter was being chased by Lohan. The assistant drove to a police station and Lohan ended up there too. Police suspected Lohan was drunk and arrested her. Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer said the lawsuit was absurd. The three men sought compensations totaling more than $25,000.
