Lindsay Lohan’s driver is under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon. Lohan’s driver accelerated to speed away from a group of photographers who had surrounded the car.

On Sunday, at 12:30 am, Jan 10, Lindsay Lohan was leaving The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, when her driver tried to speed away from the paparazzi. Lohan was in the BMW when her driver allegedly tagged a cameraman.

Lohan’s driver inevitably dragged down a cameraman who was still standing close by to take pictures. He needed medical treatment from EMT who arrived after Lohan’s driver reported the incident. The cameraman refused to go to the hospital. He refused to get photographed for the other paparazzi. It would blow his cover as a media photographer.
