Linda R Nef, 46, and Valynne Bowers, 39, were teachers at Bountiful Junior High School. Nef and Bowers were accused and charged with rape and sodomy on a male student, 13.

Nef and Bowers were unaware they were having sexual relations with the same boy. Later, Nef came to know about it.

Nef confessed to police she had sex with the boy from Oct 2007 – Dec 2008. Nef told police Bowers started a sexual relationship with the boy in Dec 2008.

Nef resigned from her teaching post. Bowers was placed on administrative leave. Details and photos are at this link.
