Tyrique Layne has launched a lawsuit against Lil Wayne and his related responsible parties. In Oct. 2006, Lil Wayne performed in a concert at Morgan State University. “Weezy” and his helpers threw money into the crowd of spectators. There was pandemonium as fans rushed to get the bills. Tyrique Layne claimed she was trampled in the riot and has suffered pain and mental fatigue.

Some people thought Tyrique Layne should not have sued.
