Lil Wayne no show at Lil Wayne Monster Jam
By Therese Lisieux on October 28th, 2008Lil Wayne was a no show at his scheduled slot at the Monster Jam. The audience did not know why Lil Wayne was a no show at his Monster Jam. Reporters were told that Lil Wayne did not make it through security so he decided to leave the building. This was a similar incident to the one at New York Fashion Week, where Lil Wayne refused to let security check through his hand luggage. Then Lil Wayne left the building and did not perform for his item.
The audience at the Monster Jam, at the TD Banknorth Garden on Oct 27, were upset. The crowd started to chant, “We want Weezy.” Weezy is Lil Wayne’s nickname. Jay-Z became the substitute as he performed an extra 20 minutes to make up for Lil Wayne’s no show at the Monster Jam. Jay-Z inserted his endorsement of Barack Obama into his program when his stage flashed alternate images of George W. Bush and then Barack Obama. DJ AM was at the turntable.

I was at that concert and it wasn’t alright that Lil Wayne didnt show up to perform. The audience waited a good hour after they announced… ARE YOU GUYS READY FOR LIL WAYNE

Lil Wayne is a bitch. Leave the guns in the tour bus you effing loser. I was at the concert and it was a disappointment. Everyone was hype for him to come out. When he didn’t you could tell people were upset which must have sucked for Jay Z. You shouldn’t mess with people from Boston Wayne! We’re a powerful city. You’ll be sorry.

hes a f’in joke. he couldnt even go on st age when 20,000 people were chanting his name. he sucks. i hate the concert. im never going to another monster/summer jam ever again. thanks a lot weezy

I was at the concert and I was also backstage when the entire ordeal took place. The security guards asked lil wayne to check his bags and go through the metal detector. He refused to and he said that if he was asked to do it again, he would not perform. The security did not back down, and neither did he. Lil wayne is truly a dissapointment to all of his fans who paid the money to ssee him perform.

What kind of example is he for our people. I bet people will still support him so that means he will take our money and remain ignorant. He is a loser a pussy , scammer, I cannot believe people really even care for him. I wish Jay z would just go back to music. Music is not alive without Jayz and he knows how to perform just leave his chick at home.

he ruined everything, the only reason half the people went to that concert was to see him. i’ve lost total respect for him.
