Leslie Owen Collier, convicted for killing 3 bald eagles, has been pardoned by President George W. Bush. Leslie Collier said he was so moved that he was overcome by emotion. Leslie Collier did not serve jail time but he was fined $10,000 and was compelled to give up his guns.
