LeRoi Moore, from Dave Matthews Band, has died at 46. LeRoi Moore was previously injured in an accident involving his All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on his home grounds on June 30.

Moore took a break from the Dave Matthew band concerts during one weekend to go home to Charlottesville, of Virginia. His house was just outside Charlottesville area. Reports said that LeRoi Moore was critically wounded when he was warded in hospital with broken ribs which had also punctured his lung.

LeRoi Moore was discharged and everyone expected him to recover but suddenly, early in August, Moore was warded again because of complications. Moore had started intensive physical rehab when he returned to LA. When Moore was warded into Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in LA, it was discovered that complications had set in.

LeRoi Moore passed away on Tuesday August 19, 2008. LeRoi Moore, RIP.
