Leonard Luchko testifies against Vincent J. Fumo

Vincent J. Fumo, a Senator (Democrat) of Philadelphia, has been indicted with fraud, conspiracy, obstruction and tax offenses. In Pennsylvania, Leonard Luchko, 52, an aide to Vincent Fumo, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges that he destroyed email messages and evidence during an FBI extortion probe into his boss, Sen. Vincent Fumo.
