Leo Donofrio has been rejected by the US Supreme Court. Leo Donofrio’s case to challenge Barack Obama’s citizenship will not have its day in court. Leo Donofrio claimed that Sen. Barack Obama, Sen. John McCain and socialist candidate Roger Calero were ineligible to be President. Donofrio alleged they were not natural born citizens of the US.
