Lawyer Milloy, Atlanta Falcons safety, was arrested for drunk driving. Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department website listed that Lawyer Milloy was arrested for DUI and released at 9:48 am.

Lawyer Milloy released a statement to apologize to his family, team mates, owner of the team, Coach, General Manager and fans. Coach Mike Smith said Milloy’s behavior was unacceptable could be suspended for violating the Atlanta Falcons’ personal conduct policy. However, they have to wait for the outcome of the court case before it could decide what sort of action to take.
