Laura Treanor died: Treanor dead

Laura Treanor, a junior from Yorktown Heights, New York, has died. Treanor was discovered dead in her dorm room Fri., Jan 23. Treanor’s room mates found her at 8:30 am in her Ivory Tower residence hall and they called emergency services at 911.

Treanor, 19, was an editor for her school’s publication. Treanor belonged to the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. Police said there was no indication of foul play but her death will be investigated. The cause of death is being examined.

    Rest in Peace Laura. You were an amazing person and are missed by many. My prayers are with the Treanor family. I was blessed to have the privledge of knowing Laura through her younger sister. Her younger sister is my best friend. May God Bless the Treanor Family through this tragic time <3
