Laura Smet, 26, the daughter of Johnny Hallyday and Nathalie Baye, tried to commit suicide. Smet was discovered to have tried to kill herself by her boyfriend.

Smet was found in the nick of time on Mon, Jan 4. She allegedly ingested a mixture of medications and alcohol.

Emergency personnel who responded treated her on the spot before rushing her to hospital. Smet is now hospitalized, in Paris.

Smet’s boyfriend’s brother is Stephane Delajoux, a surgeon. Hallyday has sued Delajoux for an alleged botched back surgery. Smut had earlier said she was split between siding with her boyfriend and her father.
