By Clarencia Cynrae on December 6th, 2008Laura Garza, 25, of bay Ridge, is missing. Laura Garza was last seen leaving Marquee, in Manhattan, New York, at 4 am, Wednesday, Dec. 3, with 2 men. Police have questioned one of the two men Laura Garza was last seen with.

One of the men, Michael Mele, 23,was an ex convict who was convicted of a sex crime. Police did not find Laura Garza in this man’s home in Wallkill, in Orange County. Bloodstains were discovered in the house. A piece of carpet was cut away.
Laura Garza was seen at the club with two regulars. Other people were able to identify the men. Police then located the address of the former sex offender, Michael Mele. Mele is retired MTA Assistant Deputy Police Chief William Mele’s son. Michael Mele was on probation for a conviction of forced touching.
Police and sources said Laura Garza had a ride with the men upstate. Then one man left the car and Garza was alone with the man who drove back to his home.
Laura Garza’s family lives in Texas. The Garza family is in the process of traveling to New York, where the search for Laura is. There are photos at the link on Laura Garza.

well there you have it folks!!
millions of people out of work and a serious recession and this is all they can give us. just another attractive woman that makes the front page like the news anchorwoman who they reported on a few months back. hundreds of women die or get beaten daily in this country but put the beauty queen on the front page and you’ve got a headline. yet lessor attractive women will be lucky to make the local paper. the common alalogy is simple> would you hire this woman as your secretary? if you owned a magazine, would you want this girl to model your clothes? would you rather date this woman rather a woman who is unattractive? there you go. if you answered yes, you are as naive as the rest who buy this bullcrap the media feeds us. way to go media!! you make news beautifully sickening. no wonder you’re going out of business

I can’t believe what there are idiots like “yer dog gone right!!!” out there. There is so many reasons that this story wouldn’t have made it out there! 1.) She’s latina 2.) She left w/a guy from the club 3.) She worked at payless…But you know what I’m so glad it made the HEADLINES! Only a idiot would miss the point “A young girl is missing and a rich spoiled pervert is associated w/her disappearance and nobody knows where she is!” If this was your daughter wouldn’t you want it to make headlines and have everyone who heard to be praying and searching for her? Who cares how attractive she is. If you had a heart you would pray for her and her family and the grief they must be feeling right now. If you don’t like how the media does things become a freaking reporter and write your own damn stories then. It’s not Laura’s fault she made the headlines! I’m sure she’d rather be at home safe living a normal life w/her family and friends. Don’t ya think!?!

yer dawg gone right: I hope you never have to go through what the Garza’s family is going through right now. I’ve known Laura since she was a little girl. She a wonderful and caring person, loves her mom and two brothers to death. Her mother is so heartbroken. By the way, SHE IS NOT JUST ANOTHER ATTRACTIVE WOMEN, SHE IS SOMEONE’S DAUGHTER, SOMEONE’S SISTER AND SOMEONE’S FRIEND. HER NAME IS LAURA GARZA ESQUIVEL AND SHE IS ONLY 25 YEARS OLD.
