Larry Harmon, the man behind the success of Bozo the Clown, died at 83. Larry Harmon died from congestive heart failure on July 3 2008.

Larry Harmon was from Toledo, Ohio. Larry Harmon was involved in theater while studying at University of Southern California. Larry Harmon made Bozo the Clown popular and a national icon by his efforts and interest to promote the clown.
