Larry Flynt and Joe Francis are asking Congress for a $5 billion bailout. Flynt and Francis claimed the porn industry is in the doldrums and they need a helping hand.

Larry Flynt’s nephews, Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt, have started their own company producing porn sing their surnames. Larry Flynt has filed a lawsuit to sue them for abusing the Flynt name. Larry Flynt claimed the inferior products degraded the Flynt reputation. Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt claimed otherwise. They claimed they had the right to use their names for their company.

Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt worked for their uncle for about a decade before being fired 1 year ago. Larry Flynt said being unproductive was a reason. The younger Flynt claimed differently.
