Garrison served 20 months and he was released this morning, April 29, 2009. Garrison got time off because of he earned good behavior credits. Lane Garrison, an actor, killed a boy, Vahagn Setian,17, in a traffic accident in 2006. The boy’s parents, Karen Setian and Inaida Nalbandian have sued Garrison. Garrison was sued for wrongful death of Vahagn Setian.
Karen Setian and Inaida Nalbandian claimed Lane Garrison bought alcohol with minors. Garrison was alleged to have bought vodka to a party where guests were minors. Garrison was alleged to have drunk and shared vodka with minors.
Setian and Nalbandian claimed Garrison and 3 high school students traveled in his car to a liquor store in Beverly Hills. During this trip, Garrison crashed his car into a tree, where Vahagn Setian was killed. Karen Setian and Inaida Nalbandian filed their lawsuit against Lane Garrison in November 2008. The parents of Vahagn Setian seek unspecified damages.

That is retarded. He doesnt deserve to even be in jail. Its just as much the high schools kids fault. Those kids had already been drinking, and they chose to get in the car with him. They obviously knew the risks seeing as they teach students about drinking and driving, and not getting in car with a drunk driver. They dont deserve to get anything, they chose to drink now deal with it.
