Lance Armstrong broke his collarbone. Armstrong was injured Monday, March 23. Armstrong’s bike crashed during a race in Spain. Armstrong is likely to miss Giro d’Italia in May 9. Armstrong said he faces a big challenge to get ready for the Tour de France, on July 4.
