Lana Jennings and Grace Jennings are twins but they were conceived about one week apart. Lana Jennings and Grace Jennings are very special twins. The Jennings twins are the result of superfoetation. This condition means a new fetus forms when another fetus is already developing in the womb.

Lana Jennings is the bigger twin and Grace Jennings was conceived after her. Lana grew more than Grace and was heavier at birth. The Jennings twins were attached to two different placentas. Grace was 5 lbs 5 oz while Lana was 6 lbs 9 oz at birth.
