Conrad and Howard were seen at Teddy’s on Sept. 27, Sat. night. Howard and Conrad were seen doing PDA. Lauren Conrad is on her way up with The Hills, a fashion line and a book deal. Kyle Howard’s present TV series is “My Boys” on TBS.
