Kyle Deemer, 27, shot and murdered Jessica Deemer, 24, and her friend, Bryce Mercer, 24, in Marshall County, on Friday night, Oct. 17.

Jessica Deemer was Kyle Deemer’s estranged wife. Police investigators claimed Kyle Deemer forced Jessica Deemer and Bryce Mercer off the road. Kyle Deemer shot them in a ditch and fled in a vehicle. Authorities knew the getaway pickup was silver in color and they had the license plates.

Kyle Deemer was arrested in Hamilton County. Deemer is now detained in Marshall County Jail and he has no bond conditions.
