June 7 2009 – Kyle Busch won Nashville’s Nationwide race. When Busch was handed his trophy, he smashed it on the ground 3 times. The trophy was a Gibson guitar. Busch said he wanted his team to take home a piece of the guitar. Busch did not want to keep the Gibson guitar all to himself so he thought the best way would be to smash it up and let everyone take home a piece of the trophy. It was easier said than done as the guitar refused to break up. The Gibson guitar only splintered. Busch gave up after 3 tries at breaking it so he threw it on the ground.

Samantha Sarcinella is Kyle Busch’s girlfriend. Busch is a driver with NASCAR. Sarcinella, 22, is a fresh grad from Purdue, in Indiana. Sarcinella majored in psychology.

Sarcinella has been giving Busch moral support by being present at his races. Sarcinella and Busch met last year in Indianapolis. Busch is now one of the leading drivers in the Sprint Cup Series, the Nationwide Series and the Craftsman Trick Series.
