Krista Bartha defended Howard K Stern to the media. Bartha represented Howard Stern 2 years ago when they argued for the right to Anna Nicole Smith’s remains.

Bartha claimed that Stern was put to trial in the court of public opinion. Bartha claimed the unofficial but real public trial of Stern was based on lies, speculation, gossip and rumor. Bartha claimed the State of California used the baseless material to bring charges against Stern. Krista Bartha said Stern was a victim and not an enabler in the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
