Kory McFarren allowed his girlfriend, Pam Babcock, to be stuck in their toilet for 2 years. Investigators want to determine if Babcock, 35, was mistreated by McFarren, 37. Babcock’s skin had grown around the toilet seat in Ness City, Kansas. Babcock refused emergency services until she was persuaded.

The hospital removed the seat from Babcock’s bottom. McFarren said he brought food and water to Babcock every day and asked her to leave the bathroom but she refused. McFarren eventually waited 2 years before he called police on Feb. 27, 2008. Kory McFarren did not explain what took him so long to call.
