Kirby Shields: Kirby Shields song claim (video)
By Therese Lisieux on August 2nd, 2009Kirby Shields claimed that people or an individual, have or has stolen his songs. This is not the first time that Shields has sent a cease and desist letter. The previous instance Kirby Shields hogged the spotlight was for a claim that Diddy took his song.
Kirby Shields now has an objection to his song, “Keep Ur Cool”, being allegedly played in the movie called “What We Do”.
Kirby Shields wants to resolve the matter amicably, which may mean he expects compensation. Shields said he would not be filing a lawsuit if the dispute could be solved in an agreeable way.

Kirby Shields & Day 26: Kirby Shields & Day 26 song claim
Sean P Diddy’s protégé day 26 is in season 4 of the reality TV show, “Making The Band”. Day 26 was accused by Kirby Shields, a singer, of plagiarizing his song, “I’m Just Getting Started”. The band, Day 26, had released their song, which was called “Just Getting Started” in April 2009.
The producer who handled “Just Getting Started” was Christian Davis Stalnecker. Stalnecker was the same producer Kirby Shields hired in 2007 to produce his work.
