Kirby Archer, convicted killer in the “Joe Cool” boat murders, has been sentenced. Kirby Archer was sentenced to 5 life sentences on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Kirby Archer had pleaded guilty to murdering 4 people. If he did not plead guilty, he would have received the death penalty.

Families and relatives of the victims attended the sentence hearing of Kirby Archer. The accused accomplice, Guillermo Zarabozo’s second trial is scheduled in Jan. Zarabozo’s first trial was declared a mistrial.
