Kimberly Clem (picture) banned from Mall for provocative dressing

By Clarencia Cynrae on August 13th, 2008

Kimberly Clem, 20, wore a very short dress to Richmond Mall. The security asked Kimberly Clem to leave because her short dress was too provocative and men were staring at her.

Kimberly Clem went on the TV station, WKYT, to talk about her episode. Richmond Mall refused to comment. The dress does not seem that bad in the photo. Kimberly Clem bought the dress from the same Richmond Mall. If the dress was not allowed in there, the shop should not have been allowed to sell it in the first place.

Kimberly Clem might be eligible to sue for discrimination. What do you think?

  1. Nathan Says:

Yes, discrimination, she should be compensated somehow.

  2. Domenic Says:

Its not discrimination; its ignorance. The reality is that she was dressed probably more appropriately than most 20-somethings we see. So what people were looking at her, THATS WHY WOMEN WEAR OUTFITS LIKE THIS.

    Give the girl a break…
