Kimberlee Ouwroulis, 44, was a stripper working at New Locomotion strip club in Toronto. The photo of Kimberlee Ouwroulis is here. Ouwroulis was fired by the manager on June 6 2008 because he told her the club was going for a younger look. This manager allegedly told Kimberlee Ouwroulis that another older woman had been fired too on the same day.

Kimberlee Ouwroulis told The National Post press that she thought she had personality and attitude and was a great dancer. Ouwroulis thought she should not be fired because of her age. Ouwroulis managed to get work at another strip club as a dancer, which proved the former manager wrong. Kimberlee Ouwroulis has filed an age discrimination complaint to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
