Khloe Kardashian, the sister of Kim Kardashian, had a DUI and she violated her probation. Khloe Kardashian has been sentenced to serve 30 days in a county jail. The jail will see Khloe Kardashian on Friday.

Khloe Kardashian had her DUI charge on Mar. 4 2007. Khloe Kardashian received 36 months of probation. Khloe Kardashian admitted that she failed to fulfill her Cal Trans requirements, and did not fully attend her alcohol education program. Khloe Kardashian was told to to re-enroll in the alcohol program and the judge gave her 30 days jail time. The judge dropped the requirement for Khloe Kardashian to pick up trash on the freeway. The media speculated that Khloe Kardashian might not have to serve out the full 30 days in jail.
