He said he couldn’t believe how a drug cartel witness could want to be known by participating in reality TV.

Sep 1 2010 – Kevin Maher, the writer of the book, Cop Without A Badge, presented his testimony on Fri, Aug 27. Maher, the ex-husband of Danielle Staub, wants to sue her for defamation. Maher told his version of their relationship and what happened.
“Throughout our entire relationship from the very first day I met Danielle Staub till the end, there was cocaine involved just about every day of our lives. We came into the hotel, and I believe it was the Mayfair Hotel, and there was a cocaine party going on with a bunch of drug dealers. I believe I had sex with her in the bathroom. Danielle Staub, is in my opinion, a nymphomaniac. She wanted sex everywhere, any way she could get it…it was every single day, morning, noon, and night… It was all day, all night. So it was more than – I’ll say it was more than – more than four times a day.”
“The woman is a violent, aggressive woman. And she’s 5 foot 7 tall. And when that woman came at you, I defended myself. I cannot recall a time where I hit her that I was not defending myself. Aug 31 2010 – Teresa Giudice’s nephew may be a son of mixed parentage that she doesn’t want to acknowledge because her brother married a black woman. The drama started when Teresa’s family allegedly refused to accept her brother’s wife because he married out of their race and conventions.
Gossip suggested Joe Giudice has a girlfriend named Tara and they had a child together.
Teresa became angry that Staub humiliated her by mentioning a nephew.
Perhaps Staub thought highlighting other people might shame Joe and somehow that could help Teresa. Staub discovered Joe’s secret when she hired a private eye to snoop on the Giudice family.

It seemed Joe has an open relationship with Tara G and Teresa allegedly knew about her cheating, adulterous husband, who may have had a baby son with Tara G. Teresa Giudice’s nephew could be another baby who is not Tara G’s baby. Readers who know more said the nephew is Teresa’s brother’s son. This brother married a black woman. Teresa’s family allegedly refused to acknowledge the mixed marriage so she has not acknowledged her nephew.

Aug 30 2010 – Danielle Staub asked Teresa Giudice if she had acknowledged her nephew. Ms Giudice became very angry and the discussion went off course as she ranted and raved about Staub attacking her. Staub had a pawn in her hand and she was playing the secret card in her sleeve.
Viewers have one or two more episodes to learn if they would eventually discover why Teresa was agitated when her nephew was brought up.

Aug 25 2010 – Kevin Maher sues Danielle Staub: Maher & Staub updates
Kevin Maher has filed a $5 million lawsuit against his ex-wife Danielle Staub, because he claimed she slandered him. Maher disputes Staub’s story that he had once raped her on a bed of broken glass.
There were at least two other allegations which Maher claimed were false. Staub said Maher forced her to play Russian Roulette and risked her life. Staub claimed she lost her dog when Maher murdered it.
Maher claims all these are lies and he wants Staub to compensate him for slandering him, destroying his reputation and causing him stress. A judge ordered Staub and Maher to attend a mediation session to try resolve their differences before the case goes to trial.
Maher said he was ready to listen to the mediator but expects a fair outcome or else he wants to go to trial. Staub and Maher meet on Friday, Aug 27, 2010, in Orange County, Ca.

Sources said Danielle Staub may have been stalking her former cast mates of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Staub was seen driving her car to various residences of the Housewives. She had passengers in her car. Staub was seen talking and gesturing at the houses and then driving away. It looked like Staub was staking out the homes and pinpointing out some views to her passengers. (Maybe Staub is trying to sell real estate in the localities where her former Housewives colleagues were staying.)
Other sources said Staub was trying to weasel and worm her way back into the show because she didn’t take well of her being fired from the show.
Aug 24 2010 – Danielle Staub performed on WPIX11, a morning news show. Staub sang a remix dance version of her song “Close To You”, joined by Lori Michaels, her alleged female companion.
Staub moved her hips but she didn’t really gyrate them, considering it was a morning news program and she didn’t want to mess up the day. Staub used to be an exotic dancer in a strip club who won many adoring male fans. So this dance was pretty tame. If you’ve seen Janet Jackson and her male dancers act out a choreographed sexy number, you might agree.

Caroline Manzo asked Staub to drop the lawsuit on her niece Ashley Holmes. Staub refused to humor Caroline. She wanted Ashley to be punished as she claimed that negative reinforcement could help the kid by changing her life and turning her around.
Caroline asked Danielle when the Manzo families, relatives or the Italian Giudices attacked her. Danielle refused to answer her question.
Caroline Manzo lost it when she called Staub names like “clown”, “joke”, “garbage”. Staub walked out before she degraded down to returning insults and have a similar meltdown.
Caroline returned to report to the rest of the Housewives that she did her job talking to Staub. Manzo was full of herself as she thought she did the right thing.
Aug 20 2010 – Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub almost came to blows on the Reunion of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The Reunion will be aired in two parts, on Aug 30 and Sep 6.
The Housewives and the host, Andy Cohen, were seated together when a chat turned ugly. Giudice gestured towards Staub and pointed a finger right at her.
Giudice got up from her chair to walk across the room to confront Danielle Staub. Caroline Manzo quickly stood up too, followed by Cohen. Both Manzo and Cohen tried to play peacemakers or at least diffuse the tension.
Andy Cohen said the Reunion episodes will end differently and be a surprise. Will you be watching? It may be the last time Staub appears in the Housewives show. At least, in the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
It was alleged that Staub expressed her interest in being invited to join the Real Housewives of New York City but the cast caught a whiff of this and objected. They quashed the idea even before the producers could hammer out a deal.
Aug 17 2010 – Rumors said Danielle Staub was too hot for the producers to handle. Staub’s past seasons in the Real Housewives of New Jersey proved that the producers’ struck their pot of gold but the rest of the Housewives objected to Staub. The women allegedly threatened to quit the show if Staub was present in season three. The producers allegedly reluctantly had to fire Staub because they would have a nightmare if they had to re-cast the rest of the Housewives.
Aug 16 2011 – Rumors said Danielle Staub has been fired from the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Staub allegedly told someone that she would not be in the Housewives’ season three. Other rumors said Staub herself wanted to be out as she was shopping around to sell herself in her exclusive reality TV show.
Staub refused to be specific. Instead, Staub tried to encourage more viewers to tune in on Aug 30 and September 6, when The Real Housewives of New Jersey has reunion shows. Staub tried to drum up the ratings by promising an explosive season two finale next week.

July 26 2010 – Thomas N Staub, or Tom Staub, was Danielle’s second ex-husband. Tom Staub, 54, made a guest appearance on The Real Housewives of New Jersey to visit. Staub has re-married a new wife named Rebecca and she is pregnant with their baby boy.
Danielle and Tom’s eldest daughter Christine Staub is celebrating her birthday so Tom was invited. It was a kind of double celebration, with sweet and bitterness thrown in. Christine Staub turned 16 years old. Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice had a grim celebration of their 10th wedding anniversary be being bankrupt, and having personal possessions auctioned off.
Thomas Staub hasn’t done too well financially on his family business Aerobics Inc. The company filed for bankruptcy in May 2010. Aerobics Inc sold pacemakers and treadmills. Tom met Danielle while she was still performing as a stripper in a nightclub.
Danielle initially resisted Tom’s courtship but eventually he wore down her objections. Danielle and Tom were married for 12 years and had daughters Christine and Jillian together. Why did Danielle and Tom divorce? Danielle accused Tom of cheating, and she gave a few other reasons in her book, The Naked Truth.
Danielle Staub wrote about being emotionally distanced from Tom. She said she felt like a prostitute whose bills were paid while she was in a marriage but she failed to get true love. Danielle didn’t want to stay in that kind of marriage.
After her divorce, Danielle complained about the lack or insufficient money to maintain her home, and household bills. She, who didn’t appreciate the flow of money during her marriage, was complaining about the lack of money after her marriage was over.

July 19 2010 – Danielle Staub claimed Danny Aguilar tried to extort $100,000 from her. Staub reported Aguilar to the cops.
Danny Aguilar is a convicted felon. Aguilar claimed he had saved Staub more than 15 years ago. Aguilar said he intervened when some drug dealers wanted to kill Staub.
Aguilar and Staub were caught. Staub accepted a plea bargain to testify against Aguilar , in exchange for her own sentence of 5 years of probation and cocaine testing.
It seemed he wanted to ask Staub for money because he helped her in the past. Aguilar was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Staub has been calling him a celebrity stalker as an excuse to discredit his story.
Danielle Staub’s earlier life was written about in a book called “Cop Without A Badge”. Staub’s semi-biography may be turned into a TV series if a network shows interest to invest in it.
July 16 2010 – Stephen Zalewski sues Danielle Staub
Danielle Staub’s former boyfriend, Stephen Zalewski, has sued her for defaming his character and harassing him. On Thursday, July 15, Zalewski filed his lawsuit in Morris County Superior Court, in New Jersey.
Stephen Zalewski said he regarded Staub’s comments about her sex tape, on the The Real Housewives of New Jersey, as fake. Staub claimed the sex tape was filmed without her consent or knowledge. Zalewski said Staub knew she was being videotaped during ther sex session. Zalewski said Staub filmed some parts of the sex tape herself.
Zalewski was made to look like the culprit and he has asked his lawyer Nase Naumoski to sue Staub. Zalewski said Staub wasn’t the victim and was out to get others.
July 12 2010 – Danielle Staub hinted that she may reveal the reason behind Dina Manzo leaving the Real Housewives of New Jersey. It was speculated that Manzo left the Housewives show because of Staub. There may be more to it than meets the eye. Staub may be having something on Dina, which the latter is afraid of and would like to leave to avoid confrontations with Staub.
June 25 2010 – Staub said she knew her former sex partner was making their sex tape as he held the camera in front of her. Staub said her sex tape came out for a reason and she was waiting to see the reason.

June 22 2010 – Danielle Staub may be having a new girlfriend named Lori Michaels. However, Staub has refused to discuss about their relationship.
Some think Michaels, an alleged lesbian singer, is there to assist Staub in her debut track, “Real Close”. Others think Staub and Michaels may be having something more. Staub sat on Michaels’ lap, acting real close, and stroked her hair, during an interview with Andy Cohen. It may be just play acting to drum up the heat on “Real Close”.

June 11 2010 – Dina Manzo gave some heavy hints that she may leave The Real Housewives of New Jersey after Monday night’s season finale. Dina Manzo said she liked her privacy and her experiences recording for the show had shown her how much she missed her comfortable world of being a private person. Dina said the other Housewives like their reality TV cameras and enjoyed hamming it up for the cameras.
June 9 2010 – Jacqueline Laurita, one of the housewives in The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has accused Danielle Staub of leaking her own sex tapes for profit.
Laurita used to be very tight with Staub and she claimed she heard from a reliable source that Staub leaked her own sextape. Laurita said she also heard that the sex tape in question was “disgusting”, or implying it was very explicit.

May 31 2010 – Danielle Staub brought Kim Granatell, Danny Provenzano, Kim Provenzano and some more people to beef up her support at the Brownstone charity benefit for a sick baby.
Danielle Staub attended the benefit event for a baby sick with cancer. The function was held at the Brownstone, a restaurant in Paterson, New Jersey, owned by Albert Manzo and the Manzo family.
Staub asked Kim Granatell, a matron from Franklin Lakes, to accompany her to the Brownstone event because she needed an escort to look good. Kim Granatell’s son is John. John knows Chrstopher Manzo so the association of links makes it all right for Staub to bring Kim Granatell to the Brownstone event.
Kim Granatell is quite a matron. Granatell has been seen in the short flannel shirt dress that showed off her legs.
Kim Grantell, or Kim G, was Danielle Staub’s friend in season two of the Housewives’ show. After production wrapped up, something happened between the two and Staub later said she was no longer friends with Kim Grantell. Staub wouldn’t reveal the reason behind the split.
Staub wanted to show how much support she had so she brought along her entourage. Kim Provenzano and Danny Provenzano brought the local head of Hell’s Angels to accompany Staub to the benefit event at Brownstone. Staub agreed because she thought she would not be attacked when in the company of a man like the leader of Hell’s Angels.
At the Brownstone, Staub discovers the table has insufficient space to seat her entire entourage. Danny suggested to bring out more tables but Staub objected. The point was to seat all at her table, disregarding how many people there were.
Staub misunderstood the point and got angry as she thought her entourage was being slighted. Staub wanted to leave the Brownstone because she wanted her dignity to be intact but Albert Manzo refused to let her walk out and make him look bad.
The worst part of this Brownstone charity benefit was that Staub never bought tickets for her group. The function cost an arm and leg to host and some people forgot the main purpose was to donate money to a cause.
Staub didn’t buy tickets to benefit the charity drive. She thought her presence was gratifying enough.
Staub assumed she was a celebrity who could eat free and get free food for her supporters too. Scraps, the leader of the band of former “hoods” was of the same vein and he, as the leader of the group of tough men, demanded to be treated like VIPs.

Danielle Staub, one of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey”, will be hosting a New Year’s Eve party at the China Club, in New York. Besides Staub being the star attraction, China Club has other entertainment offering a superstar DJ, an open bar and other VIP perks.

Updated October 7 2009 – Why did Kevin Maher sue Danielle Staub? Kevin Maher, who was Danielle Staub’s first husband, is now unhappy with her. Maher was married to Staub for less than one year in the 1980s. Maher now claims Staub has been on the warpath on his reputation. Maher said Staub has slandered him. Maher now wants to exercise legal action to stop Staub from damaging his reputation.
Maher said that Staub’s allegations of rape, handgun insertion play and killing her dog were false. Maher said Staub threatened him on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion Show”.
On the Reunion show, Staub claimed Maher was a police informant. Maher said he wants to watch Staub take her stand in the witness box. Maher presently does not want a private settlement.
Danielle, formerly known as Beverly Ann Merrill, was married to Thomas Staub (her second husband) and had two daughters with him before their divorce in 2007.
Updated June 24 – Staub used the alias Angela Minelli, while she was known as Beverly Ann Merrill. Merrill/ Minelli worked for an escort service and she met Daniel Aguilar. Staub worked as a drug courier for Daniel Aguilar.
One day, Staub was delivering a kilo of drugs to a customer when she was robbed by masked gunmen. The cost of the loss was $24,000. Aguilar kidnapped the customer to blackmail the young customer’s father for money.
Staub was caught and sentenced to 5 years probation and attended a compulsory drug rehab program. Aguilar received 15 years sentence in prison.
Updated June 2 2009 – Dina Manzo and Caroline Manzo have read the book, “Cop Without A Badge”. Slowly, the housewives of New Jersey hear the gossip about Ms Staub’s criminal past.
Staub showed off her dancing expertise by trying to lead the others. In the process, Staub offended Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe. Staub called Teresa to apologize but the woman hangs up on her.
Staub confided in Tommy, her gay best friend. Staub said she had finished her modeling photoshoot in Cozumel when she dropped in on her boyfriend. He lived in a huge mansion with 30 rooms. Staub denied knowing that her boyfriend held a man in a room to torture him. Officers were present to arrest the suspect. Staub said she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was implicated.
May 27 2009 – Beverly Merrill, whose photos were taken in 1986, looks like Danielle Staub. Merrill and Staub could be the same woman. Beverly Merrill’s mug shots were printed in a book called “Cop Without A Badge”. The writer is Charles Kipps and his subject was Kevin Maher. Maher was an informant for NYPD and FBI. Thus, Maher was likened to a cop without a badge.
Kipps included Merrill’s photos because she was Maher’s one time girlfriend. Maher wanted to become a father but Merrill lacked motherly inclinations so they split. Kipps wrote that Merrill worked as a dancer and stripper using the alias of Danielle.
Kipps claimed Merrill and Maher were hooked on coke. Maher objected to Merrill sharing a bed with other men and soon, they broke up.

In early April 2009, Danielle Staub was arrested at her mansion in Wayne, New Jersey. Staub’s divorce lawyers issued a civil action contempt warrant to get her arrested because she did not pay them. Staub has the excuse that her estranged ex husband had not paid her yet. Staub owed her lawyers hundreds of thousands. Staub spent one hour and a half at the police station.

Jacqueline Laurita, Danielle Staub, and Dina Manzo feature heavily in the episode aired on May 26. Is blood thicker than water? Does a sister-in-law count as a blood relation? Jacqueline Laurita almost had to choose between her good friend Danielle Staub and her sisters-in-law Dina Manzo and Caroline Manzo.
While Staub tried to assure Laurita that she would never dream of putting her in the awkward position of choosing blood over water, Laurita has that worry at the back of her head. Staub prepared for her birthday party and informed Laurita that Dina Manzo would not be invited. That clearly showed how hard Staub could not let bygones be bygones. Staub badmouthed Dina Manzo.
That began to put ideas in Laurita’s head that she might have to choose between her friend and her sister-in-law after all.
The closer truth to why Staub did not welcome Dina Manzo’s presence at her birthday party was her insecurity with her boyfriend Steve. Staub knew she was at the end of her relationship with Steve and their split was imminent. Staub did not want her enemy to see her vulnerable or rejected by Steve.
Staub’s small birthday party saw just 3 couples. Staub and Steve, Laurita and her husband Chris, Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe. Staub and Steve struggled through the joyous occasion.

Caroline is my favorite, she is a real mother. Danielle looks like a drag queen. Nothing pretty about her. The comment when Danny has your back people listen was so ignorant if I had you in front of me I would have slapped your face. I do not know how theresa has a book out called “skinny italian” about cooking, when in one episode when her husband “joked” with her about moving into one of his “apartments” over one of his restaurants, and she will have to do the cooking, she commented something along the lines that ‘she can’t cook’
I love Jacqueline – she seems to be legit – very sweet without all the drama. I think, though, she is easily influenced by the other housewives but she definitely has to cut any and all ties with Danielle and Kim G; who in my estimation, will say anything to get in with this group!

I am an avid watcher of Real Housewives, and the more I watch, the more I know that Danielle is exactly like the Blonde Headed Bimbo Slut that is sleeping with my husband of 42 years. She should not be allowed to raise her two daughters. Tom Staub has to be an idiot not to try and take them away from a woman with zero morals. When did Danielle talk about Tara? She didn’t on yesterday’s show. Teresa and her entire family have disowned her brother for marrying out of their race. Her black sister-in-law gave birth to her nephew in April and when Danielle said that she didn’t even “acknowledge” her nephew, this is what she meant. Having the world now know her true colors, that she isn’t “nice, nice, nice” and filled with “love, love, love” is what made her FREAK OUT like an escapee from an asylum. First of all, let’s just stop using mental illness as an insult. Being bipolar is not something one can help, it’s a serious mental condition and cannot be helped. Danielle is NOT bipolar, she has a personality disorder and not one that can be medicated but one that the individual refuses to recognize or be treated for. Danielle is crazy. At first, when I watched the show, I thought she was the victim. But, as I see more of the show, I realize that she causes drama then tries to act like the victim. And, everyone turns against her evenutally so it must be her, not everyone else. Jacqueline, Teresa, Kim G., her ex-boyfriends, etc. have all given her chances, and they turn against her. I hope she gets the help she needs and stop forcing her kids to do things that they don’t want to do. Her kids seem afraid of her.

I know what its like to have a child for a parent, it sucks. Get away, get out, visit on Holidays-then advise your younger sister to do the same. I don’t know YOU or ANY of these women and tuned in because a friend told me my aunt had a “twin” on TV (one of the housewives) so I wanted to see who everyone was referancing. I live on the West Coast,taught Martial Arts for 22yrs and am telling you that self-defense is not just physical! As a person who has worked with thousands of children, to follow is my opinion. Teresa’s kids are spoiled, entitled, cute as can be as most little girls with daddies and mommies. Jacklyn has CLEARLY been weak, lazy and self absorbed during the formative years with her oldest daughter and is doing a good job of attempting to reverse some of the damage (thank god for her husband). Danielle has burdened her kids with adult problems, speaking to them as confidants’ and girlfriends, this is perhaps the worst kind of parenting, her girls are socially awkward (weird), beautiful to look at, and sadly show the signs of having an absentee dad and whacked out mother who will make a mess of their lives as well in a cyclone of crazy. Carolyn is, well, great. Her kids are typical, well adjusted and what all parents hope to see after years of hard work- independant, hard working, respectful. Now that I’ve just passed judgement on all of you (I know, who the hell am I) my guilty pleasure is watching your show. It’t mindless, nonsensical, but hey, non of us can say we wouldn’t of grabbed the opportunity either.
