Kevin Schaeffer & Emily Silverstein: Schaeffer charged for killing Silverstein

Kevin Robert Schaeffer was charged for murder on Thursday, April 9. Schaeffer, a student from Gettysburg College, 21, is a suspect in the murder of his ex girlfriend. Schaeffer is from Oley, 10 miles east of Reading.

Schaeffer is alleged to have killed his former girlfriend Emily Rachel Silverstein. Schaeffer stayed in an apartment off campus and he allegedly stabbed and strangled Silverstein in this apartment. Schaeffer and Silverstein had a relationship which ended. Police have not told about a possible motive.

Emily Rachel Silverstein was a sophomore from Roosevelt, New Jersey, which was 20 miles east of Trenton.

    Girls need to watch out for sign in these types of relationships. This Kevin needs some serious mental help.
