Kevin Peterson, 23, of Baltimore, was arrested by Secret Service agents. Kevin Peterson jumped the 10 feet high fence around the White House. Peterson was caughter after he climbed over the fence after 11:30 am on Tues., Oct 28.

Kevin Peterson will be charged with unlawful entry. Peterson was unarmed.

The Washington Post said George Bush was returning to the White House at the time Kevin Peterson was arrested for scaling the White House fence. Peterson was a few hundred feet away from President George Bush.
