Kevin Colvin, 24, of Kawartha Lakes, was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, which was a stun gun. Colvin was also charged with possession of illegal drugs. Police investigated Colvin and two others in a car after observing some suspicious activity.

Fidal Mina, 22, of Markham and Quinsey Bobb, 23, of Toronto were arrested. The drugs found inside the car were 22 grams of marijuana, 5.5 grams of hashish and a small quantity of crack cocaine. Colvin, Mina and Bobb have to appear in court on Feb. 19, 2009.
