Kerry Norris, 29, and her boyfriend, Adam Hinton, 32, have been banned from having sex in her apartment because they make very loud noises.

Kerry Norris lives in a public housing estate called Brighton and Hove, in south England. Neighbors had complained in 2006 about the noise but the situation did not improve. Court action followed. Now, Adam Hinton has been banned from being within 110 yards of Kerry Norris’ apartment.

Kerry Norris had to pay a fine of $560 and court costs.
