Walsh gave birth to Josep Joseph Michael Jennings at 8:57 p.m. on May 22 in Los Angeles. Baby Jennings weighed 8 pounds and 10 ounces. Walsh spoke about the wonder of new motherhood.

Kerri Walsh, an Olympic gold medalist, and her husband, Casey Jennings, are expecting their first baby. Kerri Walsh is now 16 and a half weeks pregnant. Walsh revealed she would be due to deliver her baby in May 2009.

Kerri Walsh and Casey Jennings do not wish to know the sex of their baby. Walsh said she wants to discover the gender of her baby the old fashioned way. When did Walsh conceive? According to her calculations, Kerri Walsh admitted she conceived a few days after winning her gold medal, or during the last few days in Beijing.
