Kenneth N Oliver, Baltimore County Council member, has been formally indicted on felony theft charges. Oliver was accused of stealing campaign funds for his personal use.

Oliver, allegedly wrote out two checks for his wife and himself, from his campaign account. The alleged amount was for $2000. If convicted, Kenneth Oliver faces 15 years and a maximum fine of $25000.
