Kenneth Mosley was sentenced to death row but his execution has been delayed. Mosley’s lawyers asked for a stay in execution as he had appeals pending. Mosley was convicted and sentenced to death for fatally shooting police officer Michael Moore.

Moore, 32, was hit with 4 bullets during Mosley’s attempted bank robbery 12 years ago.

Mosley was wounded in the wrist by another police officer who was waiting outside the bank. A witness said she saw Mosley stand over the officer and firing down at him.
