Kenneth McBride & Jeremy Scully: Did McBride kill Scully

McBride is accused in the killing of Jeremy Scully, a substitute teacher / assistant track coach. Jeremy Scully was killed by a fatal gunshot wound. McBride was arrested on Wednesday, March 11.
Jeremy Scully was killed in April 2008. Scully’s body was found on April 27. Hikers discovered Scully’s body on Blanchard Mountain, in northwest Skagit County. Scully had a shot in the head.
Kenneth McBride and Vanessa McBride, his wife, were visited by the authorities and their home was searched. Officers wrote in court documents that Vanessa McBride was having an affair with Scully, with her husband’s knowledge. The married couple practised a sort of swinger’s lifestyle.
Vanessa McBride gave birth to a baby in Jan 2009. Court documents wrote that the child was conceived in April 2008 and the biological father was probably Jeremy Scully, because Kenneth McBride had a vasectomy in the past.
