Kelly Rutherford, of Gossip Girl fame, is divorcing her husband, Daniel Giersch. Rutherford and Giersch were married for 2 years. Rutherford, 40, filed for divorce on Dec. 30, 2008.

Rutherford is currently 3 months pregnant. Rutherford cited “irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce. Rutherford’s estranged husband, Giersch filed for legal separation on Dec. 30, 2008.Daniel Giersch is a German business entrepreneur.

Rutherford and Giersch have a son, Hermes Giersch, 2. Rutherford has to return to work on the set of Gossip Girl in New York on Tue., Jan. 6. Rutherford’s marriage to Giersch was her second marriage.
