Kelly Osbourne, 23, is not engaged to Luke Worrell, 18. Osbourne and Worrell were dating since early 2008. Osbourne’s spokesperson denied that Osbourne and Worrell were engaged.

Kelly Osbourne was seen wearing a ring and that sparked off the engagement rumors. The spokesperson clarified that the ring was a gift from Kelly’s father, Ozzy Osbourne.

Kelly Osbourne and her boyfriend, Luke Worrell, spent time at the pool of their hotel in South Beach, Miami. Osbourne had just left rehab for her addiction to painkillers. The pair of young love birds could not keep themselves away from each other.

Osbourne, 24, rode and piloted her won power jet ski. She raced Worrell, 19, on his jet ski.
