Keanu Reeves wants the court to dismiss a lawsuit from a paparazzo who claimed Reeves’ Porsche rolled over his feet while the cameraman was aiming for a picture.

Joseph Farzam, photographer Alison Silva’s lawyer, used colorful literary language from Alice In Wonderland and The Devil’s Adocate to argue that Alison Silva should have a trial. Keanu Reeves denied willful running over Silva’s foot. Reeves said Silva’s feet tripped over each other. Reeves insisted he heard Silva saying to a bystander that it was an accident. Keanu Reeves said Alison Silva was walking backwards while taking pictures of him in his car driving slowing forwards. That was when Reeves alleged Silva tripped over his own feet and fell down.
