Kaylee Croxton was the microwaved baby. Two years ago, in 2007, Croxton’s father microwaved her for 20 seconds. For that crime, Joshua Mauldin was convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison. Kaylee Croxton was adopted by Heather Croxton and Jeremy Croxton, who are distant cousins of Joshua Mauldin.

Kaylee Croxton had survived third degree burns on the left side of her body. Kaylee’s left ring finger was badly burned all the way to the bone.

Today, Kaylee Croxton, is 2 years old. Croxton bears little psychological scars and has become a lovely child. Croxton’s physical scars are being treated.
